One of our customers called this week to order 60 French trimmed lamb cutlets for a cooking demonstration on ITV's 'This Morning' last Thursday (September 22nd).
If you missed the show, Bill Granger cooked 'Lamb cutlets with satay sauce' from his book ' Everyday Asian'.
He says "This dish was inspired by mutton satay in Singapore - which is one of the dishes I dream about the most".
It is served with jasmine rice, wedges of cucumber, blanched green beans and pineapple.
